Well maybe the flu is properly going to spread. The UK now has possibly 25 cases of it, whilst in Mexico the toll has now reached a supposed 149. This number has shot up drastically since yesterday. Luckily, no one else in the world has died, although it has now spread across Canada and Australia, as well as Israel.
Unfortunately, another report on wayward officials has come up in Russia, with an off-duty cop opening fire in a Moscow supermarket, killing three people. Is this another brick in the argument that police shouldn’t carry guns?
Sadly there has been another fatal car crash in Northern Ireland. Three people were killed after a two-car collision at 1am this morning. To the BBC’s credit they have covered the event with dignity.
